RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Velocity Gear believes in providing the best service possible for our customers. Any in stock item can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. At Velocity Gear, customer safety and satisfaction is our primary goal.

This being said, we attempt to resolve any issues or situations our customers may have with poducts. If an item is returned for no specific reason, a reason that is not due to the actual product itself, or if an exchange option is not exercised in regard to sizing issues, all refunds will incur original shipping and/or restocking charges up to 15% of the original purchase price.

Our products are a direct result of our customers' input, so your experiences with our products are extremely important to us.

Velocity Gear takes every single order seriously and if problems are encountered, we make an honest attempt to solve the situation so it is beneficial for our customers.

SHIPPING POLICY

Velocity Gear "in stock" items consist of currently featured motorcycle gloves and body armor. Leathers and polytex jackets are only available on a special order basis, which usually takes 3-5 weeks for delivery.

In stock items take 4-7 days to be delivered within the United States. Your order will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), which does not support real time tracking. If you would like the delivery confirmation number, please send us an email at support@highvelocitygear.com.

Our "special order" items, are all custom manufactured at the time of order. Only a fraction of the items we sell are in stock at any one time. This allows us to bring our customers the lowest priced, highest quality selection of products. Great products ranging from leather jackets, polytex jackets, carbon gloves, and Level 2 Satra Certified body armor.

Items that are in stock are typically shipped within forty-eight hours of a completed transaction, excluding weekends. Delivery confirmation information is available upon request on any order. If an item is not in stock, expect a 2-4 week delivery time.

The prices listed on our website include free shipping to all US residents and most international destinations. However, some international orders are now subject to a minimal shipping fee due to rising shipping costs. This fee is $20.00 or less and will be made available after you complete your purchase. After you purchase is made, we'll use your address to determine if extra shipping costs are needed. If they are we'll send you an email with the details.

International shipping times depend greatly on that country's delivery network. Expect a 2-4 week delivery time for international orders. Canadian orders take roughly 7-14 days.

Free shipping does not apply to closeout items.

Customers are responsible for return or exchange postage to Velocity Gear. All exchanges will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of Velocity Gear. All customers are contacted within 48 hours regarding backordered items.

Velocity Gear, when necessary, will expedite shipping for our customers. Additional postage charges will apply. Feel free to contact us regarding this or our other policies.
