VELOCITY GEAR is a small business, started out of the necessity to provide our family "real world" cost effective safety solutions. We don't advertise in Motorcycle Magazines or spend thousands of dollars at Motorcycle Trade Shows. We prefer to put our money into product development and testing while pursuing European CE standards for Motorcycle Clothing. A concept far from the minds of most Motorcycle Apparel Manufacturers.

Dealers and Distributors have no desire to carry our products due to our lack of customer recognition/exposure. The Distributor- Dealer- Customer triangle leaves "personal protection" up to someone other than you. Your typical dealer carries products from a given vendor, who carries products based on their brand name and market exposure. Tucker Rocky for example, one of the largest apparel distributors, could care less about CE ratings or otherwise, their only focus is sales!

So, we decided to let our customers, the ones who have seen first hand what our products can do, Distribute our Products. Consider it a sponsorship that pays you to tell a friend.
